Cancellation Policy & Refund

At Afrika Renaissance , we understand that travel plans may change. This cancellation and refund policy explains the terms applicable to all tour bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be reconfirmed at least 10 days prior to the scheduled trip date.

2. Cancellation Refund Policy

• 75% Refund: Available for cancellations made 8 days before the tour date.
• 50% Refund: Available for cancellations made 7 days before the tour date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made 6 days or less before the trip date are not eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued for missed tours.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
